What this section is about

Successful professional development planning involves helping staff to understand their roles. Are they responsible for teaching English and Maths or are they in support roles? Explore the models of delivery being used for literacy, language and numeracy using this section. There are activities to support this process and examples of delivery models and job descriptions.
